Because academic studies are subject-specific projects, as soon as a project call is opened, all academic and administrative staff are informed through the university's announcement system, followed by online and in-person meetings and project writing activities are held by International Relations Office(IRO) . As one of the 14 pilot universities that initiated Erasmus mobilities in 2003 with the KA171 project, our objectives are to further strengthen our university's education and research development activities; to more effectively develop various international collaborations in almost every field of our university; to provide students and staff with diverse perspectives in their respective fields; to provide the best possible hosting for incoming students and staff on campus and in their academic units so they can learn about our country, our city, and our university and share best practices; to raise cultural awareness among incoming and outgoing individuals; and to develop the personal and professional competencies of students and staff. The planning and implementation of these mobilities were carried out in collaboration with the IRO and the academic staff and administration of the academic units.
