Sabancı University actively participates in the Erasmus+ Programme in line with its internationalization strategy. Our university develops global partnerships to contribute to various areas such as student and staff mobility, as well as research. Approximately 80% of our exchange agreements are established within the framework of Erasmus. In line with our strategy, we aim to send around 20% of our graduates abroad through exchange programs. The KA171 Project brings our students and academic & administrative staff together with different cultures and education systems, while also promoting educational opportunities in Türkiye and contributing to the attraction of qualified researchers and students to our country. Through this project, research collaborations have been developed with institutions we have partnered with for the first time. It enhances our students’ competencies and employability while allowing them to enrich their experiences by studying in different systems. Staff mobility supports research partnerships and curriculum development activities, and good practices have been shared university-wide. The grant support both encourages student participation and provides a sustainable financial source for all participants.
