With this KA171 project, Tarsus University aimed to strengthen its internationalisation strategy and expand Erasmus+ cooperation beyond Europe. As a young university founded in 2018, our goal was to increase visibility and build new partnerships in diverse regions. The project created opportunities for both students and staff: students gained international study and traineeship experiences to enhance their academic, professional, and intercultural skills, while staff benefited from teaching and training mobilities that supported professional growth and knowledge exchange. Another key aim was to promote inclusion and diversity, encouraging the participation of students with fewer opportunities and advancing European values of tolerance and cooperation. In line with our Erasmus Policy Statement, the project increased our capacity to cooperate internationally, strengthened our academic profile, and built bridges between higher education, research, and innovation.
