By implementing the Erasmus KA171 project, we wanted to: • Strengthen international cooperation with partner universities outside the EU and align with our institution’s internationalization strategy. • Provide mobility opportunities for students and staff that would enhance academic, professional, and intercultural competences. • Improve the quality of education and research by exchanging knowledge, best practices, and innovative approaches with partner institutions. • Increase employability and global awareness of students by exposing them to diverse learning environments and international experiences. • Promote inclusiveness and equal opportunities by enabling participation of students and staff from different backgrounds, including those with fewer opportunities. • Build long-term, sustainable partnerships that support mutual development, cultural understanding, and regional cooperation.
