The project aimed to strengthen the internationalisation of Artvin Çoruh University by creating opportunities for students and staff to participate in academic exchanges with partner institutions outside the Erasmus+ programme countries. Through these mobilities, the university sought to provide participants with valuable international experience, improve their academic and professional competences, and foster intercultural understanding. Another important objective was to contribute to the institutional strategy of building long-term partnerships with universities in neighbouring regions, particularly the Black Sea, Caucasus, and Central Asia, in order to promote knowledge exchange and academic cooperation. The project also aimed to increase the visibility of the university on an international scale, diversify the geographical scope of its mobility activities, and align with European higher education policy priorities such as inclusion, digitalisation, and sustainability. Ultimately, the goal was to enhance the personal, academic, and professional development of participants while reinforcing institutional capacity to cooperate effectively at European and international levels.
