By implementing the student exchange project between Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) and Palestine Technical University–Kadoorie (PTUK), our primary goal was to enhance academic cooperation and cultural understanding between the two institutions. We aimed to provide PTUK students with the opportunity to gain international academic and practical experience by studying and training in a new environment. The project sought to broaden their technical and professional skills through exposure to different teaching methodologies, advanced research facilities, and industry practices at IZTECH. Additionally, the exchange was designed to foster personal development, build cross-cultural communication skills, and strengthen long-term institutional partnerships that support innovation, knowledge exchange, and mutual growth.
