The project was designed to strengthen the international dimension of higher education and to create new opportunities for staff to develop global competences. Our main objective was to enhance academic cooperation between our university and partner institutions in different regions of the world. By implementing this project, we wanted to increase the quality of education, research, and intercultural dialogue through the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and best practices. In this framework, five staff training mobilities were realised, enabling participants to gain new professional experiences and perspectives abroad. The project also aimed to improve the professional development of academic and administrative staff, while contributing to the long-term strategy of our institution by promoting internationalisation, mutual understanding, and closer collaboration with partner universities.
