KA171 Erasmus+ mobility project is considered a key element of internationalization at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University (BAİBÜ), contributing significantly to the long-standing partnerships it has established with EU countries by expanding its reach and diversifying its reach into new regions. Within this framework, the project aimed to provide students and staff with the opportunity to maximize their access to resources within the allocated budget. This initiative aimed to provide students and staff with diverse academic and professional experience, develop their individual, cultural, and social knowledge and skills, foster new networks and connections through international experience, observe good practices, and facilitate collaborative international projects. Furthermore, incoming mobility aimed to provide opportunities for students to learn about and benefit from EU educational practices, educational, and research opportunities. Specifically, the project aimed to contribute to the development of internationalization and collaboration among institutions. Finally, it aimed to contribute to the recognition of both the participating institutions and the EU education system and culture, as well as the Erasmus+ program itself.
