The main objective of this KA171 project was to support the internationalisation of Yıldız Technical University by strengthening academic collaboration with higher education institutions outside the EU. We also aim to facilitate guests from countries with limited access to knowledge and encourage their participation in social life by making available the resources offered by YTU. Building on our long-standing experience in Erasmus+ mobilities within Europe, we aimed to expand the reach of quality mobility opportunities and foster mutual capacity-building. Through this project, we shared core values and strategic priorities of the European Education Area ; including inclusion, sustainability, digitalisation, recognition, and quality assurance with our non-European partners. At the same time, we enriched our institutional experience by engaging with diverse educational systems and innovative practices. The project aimed to equip students and staff with global competencies, enhance intercultural dialogue, and contribute to the creation of a more connected and resilient higher education landscape. Ultimately, it supported Erasmus+ goals by bridging EU and non-EU academic environments through meaningful exchange.
