The project aimed to strengthen the international dimension of Adiyaman University by enhancing academic collaboration, cultural exchange, and mutual understanding between partner countries. Through this mobility project, we intended to support both incoming and outgoing mobilities in alignment with our institutional internationalisation strategy. The main objectives included: Fostering institutional cooperation with partner universities in non-programme countries, Increasing the mobility opportunities, particularly in the field of education and research, Promoting inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunity through transparent selection processes, Supporting the professional and personal development of participants by offering intercultural experiences and international academic exposure. This project also contributed to the visibility of our university at the international level and supported our strategic goal to become a more globally connected institution.
