The primary aim of the project was to establish and strengthen sustainable academic and cultural cooperation with partner institutions in Bosnia, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Algeria, Taiwan, and Peru. By implementing structured mobility programmes for students and staff, we intended to enhance the quality of education, improve research collaboration, and create long-term academic networks that contribute to institutional growth. Through these exchanges, participants were expected to gain international experience, develop intercultural competencies, and expand their professional and academic skills. Furthermore, the project sought to foster mutual understanding between our university and partner countries, promote knowledge transfer, and support capacity building initiatives that align with the strategic internationalization goals of all institutions involved. The project successfully strengthened institutional partnerships with universities in Bosnia, Kosovo, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Algeria, Taiwan, and Peru, leading to a significant increase in academic cooperation. A total of 10 students and 11 staff members participated in mobility activities, benefiting from high-quality educational and cultural experiences.
