The project aimed to strengthen the internationalization of MFU by building sustainable cooperation with the UNSA and the EUT. As a newly established thematic university, MFU sought to enhance its visibility, expand networks, and lay the groundwork for future collaborations. The project focused on academic and administrative staff mobility, seen as a key step in fostering mutual trust, understanding, and capacity building. Academic staff exchanges enabled the sharing of expertise in music and fine arts, innovative teaching practices, and institutional knowledge, while administrative staff gained valuable experience in internationalization, project management, and support mechanisms. Strong communication was ensured through regular online and in-person meetings, official visits, and platforms such as EAIE, making cooperation sustainable beyond the project. Quality was monitored through continious feedback, and exchange committees via support from International Offices. Though student mobility did not occur, the staff mobilities fostered intercultural dialogue, regional cooperation, and long-term networks. The project successfully enhanced MFU’s international presence and created lasting benefits for its institutional development.
