We tried to achieve increased internationalization and improved quality of education. The KA 171 Project serves as a starting point for deeper, long-term collaborations between partners and even countries. It strengthens international ties and cooperation between universities, increasing the institution's global visibility and attractiveness. Focusing on staff mobility allowed us to exchange knowledge, good practices, and innovative teaching methods to improve curricula and administrative management. Participants can acquire new skills, improve language proficiency, and gain "soft skills" highly valued by employers, such as communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
