The main objective of implementing this project was to provide students and academic staff of Aksaray University with new international horizons, enabling them to experience different cultures, benefit from academic diversity, and strengthen their skills in global cooperation. Through the exchanges carried out within the Erasmus framework, students were expected to enhance their academic knowledge, improve their foreign language skills, gain experience from different educational systems, and support their personal development. At the same time, academic staff were encouraged to participate in international research and teaching environments, share knowledge and experience, and contribute to the academic quality and institutional capacity of our university. This process aimed to strengthen the international visibility and cooperation network of Aksaray University while creating a sustainable academic development environment. In this way, both individual and institutional competitiveness at the global level have been improved.
