The project strengthened student and staff mobility, enhancing the academic and professional competencies of participants, boosting intercultural understanding, and directly supporting the EU's priorities for lifelong learning and cross-border education. At the institutional level, it increased capacity and quality assurance through strategic partnerships and collaborations with international higher education institutions, paving the way for more inclusive and comprehensive internationalization strategies. Furthermore, by promoting digitalization and innovative practices within the Erasmus+ framework, particularly in student services and information flow, the project significantly enhanced our university's international visibility and competitiveness. The project contributed to building a competitive higher education system on a global scale. It fostered sustainable international partnerships, strengthened accountability, and ultimately reinforced our university's role as a hub of attraction in international education.
