This project was developed to strengthen international cooperation between our university and higher education institutions in Erasmus+ partner countries. In total, 44 mobility activities were successfully implemented, including 19 student mobilities (for studies and traineeships) and 25 staff mobilities (for teaching and training). Through student mobilities, participants gained opportunities for studies and traineeships abroad, enhancing their intercultural awareness, academic development, and professional competences. Staff mobilities enriched teaching methods and professional practices, while fostering the exchange of knowledge and expertise between institutions. Other important objectives of the project included increasing the international visibility of our university, developing sustainable partnerships with 13 countries across different regions, contributing to innovative approaches in education and research, and strengthening the employability skills of participants. In this way, the project has served our university’s strategic goals for internationalisation and contributed to the modernisation of higher education in the region.
