This project aimed to enhance Hacettepe University's internationalization capacity through bilateral collaborations with universities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Azerbaijan, Israel, Jordan, Georgia, South Korea, Egypt, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, the United States, Japan, Taiwan, the Russian Federation, and Ukraine. Academic cooperation was fostered through student and staff mobility, supporting joint research, educational programs, and project development initiatives. At the same time, the interaction of students and academics from diverse countries strengthened intercultural dialogue and understanding, creating a meaningful environment for cultural exchange. The project successfully reached its targeted level of mobility, deepening collaboration at both academic and administrative levels. As a result, Hacettepe University has expanded its international visibility and contributed to the development of sustainable academic networks and cultural diplomacy.
