The Learning Mobility of Higher Education Students and Staff program, under Key Action 1, the Learning Mobility of Individuals Program, was implemented at Dicle University as a mobility program with partner countries. The selection of beneficiary candidates was completed in full compliance with the Erasmus University Charter and the provisions of the Erasmus Handbook.
