The project has been designed to strengthen the internationalization of Istanbul Gelisim University and to establish sustainable academic and cultural bridges with institutions in the Eastern Partnership Region, the Southern Mediterranean, Asia, and North America. It aims to provide transformative international learning experiences for both students and staff, while enhancing the university’s global cooperation capacity. The project seeks to increase opportunities for students to participate in study abroad mobility, thereby improving their academic knowledge, intercultural competences, and employability; and to support staff in strengthening their teaching skills, sharing good practices, and engaging in joint research and innovative activities. Long-term partnerships with institutions in Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Jordan, Indonesia, and the United States will be reinforced, contributing to the European Education Area and global academic collaboration. In summary, the project aims not only to expand mobility opportunities but also to position the university as a globally connected higher education institution that contributes to the European and international higher education agenda.
