We are in the Industry4.0 era of Digital Transformation. And one of the reflections of this transformation in the industry is robots. However, we were not providing any training to our students about robots, their maintenance and repair, their programming. To remove this negative situation, we created a booklet and worksheets with robots, maintenance and repairs, their software. We provided training to all vocational education stakeholders, especially educators. Thus, we ensured that everyone takes their place in Digital Transformation. With our work, our students are now better equipped. We increased employability levels. Thus, we met the needs of the labor market. And we did all this with international cooperation. This is our biggest success. It was important to maintain awareness about Erasmus+ in institutions. We transferred and used the results obtained in training programs. Thus, we increased the quality of vocational education. We teached you the necessity of learning and using a foreign language. We disseminated and used the educational materials we have created in English. We provided our students, who are at the lowest socio-economic level, to access Erasmus+ opportunities in a fair, transparent and fair.
Our concrete goal in this project was to increase the skills and competencies of vocational high school teachers and students in line with the sectoral needs in the use and programming of robots. So far, the use and programming of industrial robots has not been included in secondary vocational education. But nowadays, their use in industry has increased considerably. With the booklet we prepared, we aimed to contribute to innovation in vocational education and training. The needs we have addressed were as follows; Creation of booklets and worksheets about robots and Robot Simulation-Programming Software. Integration of robot programming and maintenance into secondary vocational education. To provide students with the concept of robot technicians and their competencies in existing fields. Students and teachers in the schools participating in the project learn at least one free industrial robot software. Providing all teachers with basic vocational training on robots and Robot Simulation-Programming Software. Increasing the professional knowledge of Special Education and Individual Education Students. Creating an open source network about Robots and Simulator. Integrating the materials created in the project into the curriculum.
