Objectives

By implementing this project, we aimed to enhance the effective use of microcontrollers and the CCS-C programming language in vocational education. We sought to improve the knowledge and skills of students and teachers in this field and to create modern, user-friendly educational materials. Additionally, we aimed to encourage knowledge and experience sharing among project partners and to establish a strong collaboration network between vocational education institutions across Europe. Strengthening the link between education and industry was another key goal, ensuring that students would have better opportunities in the job market and increasing their employability. Through the development of training kits, guidebooks, and digital content, we aimed to enhance the quality of education, making microcontroller training more accessible and effective.

Background

We applied for this project to address the challenges in vocational education related to microcontrollers and CCS-C programming. The rapid development of technology requires updated training methods, yet many VET schools lack modern equipment and practical applications. The complexity of existing development kits makes it difficult for students and teachers to effectively use microcontrollers. Additionally, there is a growing need for skilled professionals in the industry who can work with embedded systems. This project aimed to improve microcontroller education by developing user-friendly training modules, enhancing teachers’ and students’ competencies, and fostering collaboration among European institutions. By working together with partners from different countries, we ensured knowledge exchange, practical learning opportunities, and the creation of innovative educational materials that better align with industry demands, ultimately increasing employability for students.
