Background

Europe is facing unprecedented waves of migration caused by wars, pandemics, and natural causes. In previous years, the Syrian crisis and the subsequent migration wave occurred, followed by the Afghanistan crisis and migration wave, and then the Ukraine crisis and migration wave. Particularly with the latest migration wave, temporary facilities were established for migrants and refugees in some countries, and humanitarian aid activities were carried out. However, the uncertainty of when the crisis will be resolved and whether a new crisis will occur has revealed the need for our project. The project aims to increase the employability of refugee and migrant youth (aged 18-25) through: 1- Developing the capacity of partner organizations to respond to the needs of refugee and migrant youth through the training of youth workers, 2- Learning exchange among partner organizations under the leadership of Turkey, which hosts the largest number of refugee and migrant youth and has developed significant capacity in this area, 3- Locally supporting the integration of refugee and migrant youth into health, education, culture, social life, legal etc 4-Raising awareness in local communities about the challenges refugee and migrant youth face in
