Objectives

Today we face a common problem in rural areas of Europe and in other countries. Creating sustainable and permanent jobs and the shortcomings of these abilities are revealed. Young people living in these regions have problems in accessing youth services and social activities. It is very difficult to provide these services because there is not enough infrastructure in rural areas. The distance and high cost of social opportunities for young people living in rural areas cause a lack of self-confidence in young people. These young people are at a disadvantage in terms of job creation and development compared to their peers living in metropolises. Therefore, young people living in rural areas need support. These problems are also general problems encountered throughout the world and cause migration from rural areas to metropolitan areas. This situation also creates social integration problems. The lack of knowledge and experience of young people makes this problem chronic. It is necessary to develop the creativity skills of young people, to be included in social life, to encourage opportunities for sustainable economic life and to find solutions to these problems. For this reason, our institution wants to carry out this project with the participation of young people with limited opportunities from various countries in order to solve this problem. Thus, it is aimed that young people living in urban areas see rural problems in their place and support them. Guidance and activities were planned for disadvantaged young people to realize their ideas, for their dreams not to be difficult and for them to realize their potential. With the slogan "Take Action", it is aimed that young people get to know themselves and gain self-confidence. Young people will learn many concepts on behalf of socialization and employment: Legal terms, employment channels, social entrepreneurship, professional entrepreneurship, socio-cultural motivation, risk taking, etc. The main purpose of our project is to ensure that young people with fewer opportunities have the necessary knowledge and skills to solve the problems in rural areas, and to raise awareness among young people about new and different opportunities.
