This exchange had three main objectives. First, making a connection between EYC 2022 & 2024. We aimed to have the participants learn about what it means to hold the title of EYC and share their experience and knowledge. The Albanian participants shared their experience with all the opportunities created by Tirana EYC 2022. All participants reflected together and shared their concerns, their inspiration and ideas on being EYC. The Belgian participants became very involved and eager to help build the legacy of EYC 2024. The Albanian participants had a chance to evaluate their experience and gave input for Ghent EYC2024. The second objective was 'art as common ground'. We organised workshops on digital art and music, coordinated by two experts in the fields. The participants worked together creating art and music and exchanging skills. The last objective was creating a non-formal environment to meet new people and exchange cultural experience, skill and talents. We made sure that after the workshops there were various cultural activities for all participants to attend. These activities were optional but all participants did partake in almost all activities. In their spare time the participants also started making music and art just for fun.
