The goal of the project is to improve the competencies and skills of the company's employees in the field of digital technologies. The project focuses on the use of various applications from Microsoft Office 365 for effective communication and management of the educational process in the educational sphere. Through participation in the structured course in Vienna and subsequent internal training, the company's employees learned to use tools such as the online versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and applications like Outlook, Calendar, Teams, and One Drive from Office 365, which will allow them to create and distribute educational materials, organize collaboration, and improve their administrative efficiency. The main goal is to increase the company's capacity to implement innovative educational practices using modern digital tools. This includes improving the digital competencies of the staff, facilitating the educational process through digital means, and improving the internal and external communication of the company. The project also aims to support the development of web-based interactive objects for various courses, which will contribute to more effective and innovative training of the company's course participants.
The project is implemented by "Obuchenie" EOOD., which has existed since 2010 and specializes in adult education, particularly for teachers in the field of information technology. In recent years, the company has noticed a decline in the number of participants in its training programs, prompting the need to implement a cloud platform for more effective communication and work. The choice fell on Office 365, as it is widely used by the teachers who are the company's main trainees. The goals of the project include: 1. Acquisition of knowledge and skills by employees for effective use of Office 365. 2. Implementation of Office 365 in the daily work of the organization to improve internal and external information exchange and the training of course participants. The organization planned and realized the participation of 10 of its lecturers in a thematic course "Office 365 for Teachers and Administrative Staff in Educational Organizations", held at the end of March 2023 in Vienna, Austria. The acquired knowledge and skills have been implemented in the organization following internal training and integrated into regular work from the 2023/2024 academic year.
