To improve the competences of community center employees and trainers engaged in informal education of young people from small settlements in the rural areas of the Pleven region; To create conditions for the introduction of informal online training for young people from local communities in rural areas; To learn and adapt new educational practices in youth work, stimulating initiative and the entrepreneurship of young people from small settlements in rural areas in Pleven region; To introduce the new experience on the territory of local communities from other community centers in the region; To build a network of specialists from the community center sector for the application of innovative methods, approaches and practices and for the development of new ones, oriented towards young people from small settlements. The formulated goals are fully consistent with the needs of the employees, trainers, youth workers and mentors working in the community centers from the small settlements (villages). These goals contributed to increasing the quality of youth work in rural communities, as well as the quality of life of young people from local communities.
