The goals that LOT-CONSULT set for the implementation of the project were: - Increasing the capacity of trainers and administrative staff of LOT-CONSULT to create and edit digital content and to manage the delivering of e-learning for adults. The goal was aimed at expanding and diversifying the offered education for adults in a digital online format and bringing good practices from the EU and third countries into the content of the offered trainings; increasing the research capacity of trainers by using digital resources for the easier and timely updating of educational content; improving accessibility to trainings and their quality; strengthening the European dimension of teaching and learning in LOT-CONSULT. - Internationalization and increasing the capacity of LOT-CONSULT to work in an international environment. The goal was aimed at expanding the professional network of LOT-CONSULT in Europe, increasing the capacity to work at the international level and active inclusion in the Erasmus+ program, as well as improving management skills and establishing new partnerships with educational and other organizations, trainers of adults, lecturers.

The company offers a full range of services on health and safety at work and has modern laboratories and equipment for measuring the factors of the working environment. One of the main activities of LOT-CONSULT is the development and offering of trainings for adults (employers, managers, officials, OSH experts, employees) on various topics, with the emphasis on specialized courses on safe work, and in recent years - safety in teleworking and green jobs. Through the implementation of the project, the company addressed the following identified needs: - offering more attractive programs for adults, tailored to their needs and expectations by using digital technologies to create and offer accessible, educational content for adults. - development of the professional network throughout Europe and increasing the capacity to work at international level. - improve management skills and develop internationalization strategy so as to increase the capacity to participate in the Erasmus+ programme.
