Objectives

It is important for “Art Way” association to provide modern training methods and approaches that build essential competences of its members and supporters in the field of active citizenship and equal opportunities. Based on our needs, we were able to achieve both goals for this project: 1. Participants engaged in theoretical and practical training that built on their existing digital knowledge and skills for working in a virtual environment and increased their capacity for social and professional adaptation. 2. The training provided information, strategies and appropriate approaches, based on best practices in the field at European level, to promote sport and physical activity as a driver of well-being and the transversal design of good practices in formal and non-formal education. As a result, the "Art Way" association has established itself as a modern, internationally oriented organisation, ensuring the quality of the training offered.

Background

Art Way's involvement in regional initiatives and international Erasmus+ projects is linked to a sustainable policy dedicated to the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for real life situations, linked to the formation of qualities that support the personal and professional development of citizens. In this context, the development of personal and social skills that guarantee good fulfilment in the community, learning or working environment is essential. The implemented project "Gamification, video games and collaborative tools for teamwork, 3 pillars for Art Way development!" is in line with the work of the Art Way collective , related to the competency-based and research-based approach, with project-based learning. The implementation of this project has improved the quality of the education and training offered and increased the degree of social integration and professional realization of our members and supporters. Our organization, as a beneficiary, will integrate the results of the training courses to benefit the organization as a whole, its staff and learners.
