Objectives

The current mobility project was aimed at supporting trainers by providing the opportunity to participate in discussion meetings with colleagues from other European countries, to learn new, effective training methods and tools, as well as to promote entrepreneurial training. The idea was to encourage the work of our teachers and to increase the opportunities for learning innovative teaching approaches and new techniques for dealing with critical situations. With the implementation of the project, our aspiration was to promote productivity, innovation and entrepreneurship among the students as a factor to increase their suitability for employment and mobility in the labor market. This also contributes to our development and improvement as an adult learning organization and offers quality learning opportunities to our staff and target group, incl. by building partner networks. The achieved mobility gave us the opportunity to effectively and purposefully carry out trainings to improve entrepreneurial skills and to support the motivational and methodical development of experts in the "Adult Education" sector. According to our preliminary expectations and criteria, the objectives were successfully achieved.

Background

For the "Poznanie 2020" Association, the quality adult education is of particular importance, but it also goes hand in hand with the quality selection of personnel. We have witnessed dynamic changes in economic development in recent decades and in the financing of the social system. This raised a number of questions and confronted our expert trainers with new situations and partially changed tasks. The ever-emerging global crises exacerbate inequalities. The preliminary internal survey conducted in the organization showed partial difficulties in working with different groups of learners in recent years - a wide range of the age structure in the same course, formally covered state requirements from a completed junior high school class to higher education, a wide palette of previous life and work experience , different interests and motivation. This has led us to focus on continuously updating not only the specific educational training according to the development trends in the relevant sector, but also the methodological and didactic competences of the training experts and continuously upgrade and improve their key skills.
