World globalization and changes in Bulgarian education prompt us to create optimal conditions within the educational process in the school, which will provide our students with a competitive ability in their further development. From this point of view, the Erasmus+ Program provides an opportunity to open up education and exchange experience in teacher communities. Our school needs a new resource of knowledge and skills for the teacher to motivate him and the student to develop their potential more fully, to assert their identity and creativity. The initiation of the project aimed at activating motivated work and learning in a positive environment through inclusive practices in the school, implying partnership, cooperation and sharing in the creation, application and dissemination of new methods and tools between teachers, parents and students. Right in the top ten! Hand in hand! - the name of the project linking the ideas of "4C" skills: critical thinking, creativity, cooperation and communication.
The global goal of St. Kliment Ohridski school has been, and will be to increase the quality and effectiveness of the educational process through the concept of a learning organization. It places the school within the framework of the community and the external environment, which envisages interaction on four levels: individual, team, organizational and systemic. In this perspective, in our school we strive to have a common vision and sense of a changing environment, to generate new knowledge, use it and create innovations in education. Internal and external circumstances or, in other words, the context of our school, which are important in achieving the results we want are: • Availability of well-prepared specialists, striving to continuously borrow and enrich new European practices related to positive education. • Natural rejuvenation of the teaching staff, which led to the appearance of many new, young specialists who need support through skillful integration into the team of experienced specialists in the school. • There is an acute need to approaches for a new inclusion of the parent community in the social and educational process in school life, as a result of alienation from the required two-year online training.
