The project has 3 main objectives: 1. Learning effective methods and e-tools for diagnosis, control and assessment of student achievements 2. Learning methods and tools for creating interactive e-resources, e-learning games and e-applications for classroom management. 3. Creation of an e-library with educational resources like e-methods for evaluation, receiving feedback and achieving interactivity in teaching at the vocational high school. To increase the percentage of formative assessment at the expense of summative assessment, i.e. using more testing for learning than testing for grading. In order to be more effective and to be able to develop more formative tests, to meet the expectations of students and parents, we need to increase the use of e-forms of diagnosis and assessment, use of branched tests, learning through games, etc.
The new school management team at "Arch. Georgi Kozarov" Secondary School is actively looking last 3 years how to improve the image of the school, in an effort to become competitive with the other vocational schools in the city. After the needs analysis, the next step in our strategic plan for development is improving the quality and effectiveness of school education through the integration of e-tools for the diagnosis and assessment of students, interactive e-tools in the form of educational games, with the aim of increasing the motivation and interest of students in the learning process. After analysis of the results of DZI, HVO after 10th grade and the tests during the school year, it was concluded that the percentage of formative assessment should be increased at the expense of summative assessment, i.e. more use of "assessment for learning". We also need to develope e-library with educational resources - e-tests, etc., to be used jointly by teachers.
