Among the main objectives of the project were: - digital transformation via implementing new platform and structuring knowledge sharing across departments in social sciences; - capacity building of both partnering organisations to work transnationally and across sectors: the cross-border character of the project increased the capacity of the organisations to work at EU level and allowed them to strengthen their network for future projects with EU dimension; - fostering the cooperation between science, training and IT sector; - improved quality of the work of the partners; - cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge sharing - cultural and mindset change about the collaboration in research and publishing dynamics that needs to be effective since the first steps and also in a less formal contexts.
In a modern world science needs to be open, digitalised, transparent and close to people. The recent multi-crises periods proved that social sciences as psychology have important role in every day's life. But, at the same time, the need for multi-disciplinary within research and project is something that cannot be overlooked. Further, the open science direction taken by Europe needs a change in culture and in technologies that elicit European Countries to involve not only scientists in the research dynamics but also common people and public. Therefore, we applied to this project with the following aims: - to make psychology more visible to society, - to foster the knowledge sharing among scientists in one and the same organisation and between organisations, - to digitalise existing training and assessment materials, - - to encourage exchange of ideas and expertise between social scientists, - to enable transformation and change at organisational level.
