Through this project, we aimed to achieve several key objectives. Firstly, we wanted to increase our organization’s digital capacities by 75%, enabling us to offer high-quality, flexible learning opportunities in the field of Eco-Soulcentric Development (ESD). This digital expansion aimed to enhance our ability to reach and effectively engage adult educators. Secondly, we aimed to help 24 adults, including 12 with fewer opportunities, to improve their personal and social competences by 75%. This has happened drawing from the Map of Wholeness, a core part of the ESD concept. Additionally, we helped 12 adults, half of them coming from disadvantaged groups, achieve a 75% improvement in their skills using the Eco-Soulcentric Wheel framework. Both methods focused on promoting overall growth and skill development for participants. Lastly, equipped around 400 adult educators with a minimum of 40 innovative teaching methodologies inspired by the Eco-Soulcentric Development concept. This objective focused on broadening the educators' approaches, allowing them to foster deeper, more transformative learning experiences in their own educational contexts.
We applied for this project as it aligns with our mission and values, addressing key needs we identified. The focus on sustainability, with the environmental impact, fits our commitment to eco-friendly practices. We were particularly inspired by the opportunity to introduce the innovative Eco-Soulcentric Development (ESD) concept into adult education. This holistic approach helps people to recognize their inner potential, fostering the development of soft skills and transferable abilities. It supports personal growth, empowering adults to lead meaningful lives and share their unique talents. We saw a need for such an approach while also enhancing digital education and skills. The project also addressed the shift to digital education. We were committed to improve our ability to manage digital learning effectively. We believed in using technology to empower adult educators and learners, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, and to support lifelong learning. We aimed to promote digital inclusion, while helping them to join valuable online learning programs and gain the skills needed to succeed.
