The main goal of the project was to strengthen the competences and broaden the professional horizons of workers working in the field of adult education and informal education in the Zlín region through international mobility and cooperation. The project responds to the specific needs and challenges of the regional education system and at the same time leads to new opportunities for innovation and development. Specific objectives: - Development of digital skills - it is essential that education workers master digital tools and methods that enable them to communicate more effectively with target groups and support innovative teaching strategies - Support of intercultural awareness and competences - deepening the understanding of different cultures and increasing the ability to work in an international environment - Improvement of teaching and learning methodology - implementation of innovative and proven teaching methods obtained through international cooperation and mobility - Development and strengthening of international partnerships - establishing and deepening partnerships with European organizations in the field of education - Supporting sustainable development and inclusive education - Sharing knowledge and experience

Our organization has a long-standing tradition in supporting education and development - this project is an important milestone for us in our pursuit of innovation and international cooperation in the field of adult education. The organization is actively involved in the planning and implementation of a number of educational and development programs. The Zlín Region strives to respond to current educational needs and prerequisites for sustainable development, which includes the support of digital skills, intercultural awareness and innovative teaching methods. The region also emphasizes the support of inclusive education. The project "Be inspired and inspire" is based on the need to respond to dynamic developments in the field of education and to new challenges. Its implementation was motivated by the desire to strengthen the international dimension of educational activities and enable workers in the field of adult education to gain new knowledge, skills and inspiration.
