Through job shadowing and exchange with colleagues, we would like to develop new formats in European political adult education, reach new target groups who have had little contact with the topic of the EU and European politics, discover and pursue at least one new funding opportunity, and organise a cross-border online event together with one of the partners.
As an organisation in adult education in the field of European political education and as a non-profit association, we are currently confronted with several challenges, regarding both the organisation of events and in public relations. New approaches are urgently needed in order to continue to interest people in the EU, with attractive and informative offers on European topics. Therefore, we would like to develop and implement new ideas. Through job shadowing with several partners in the Europe Direct Network, we would like to get in touch with other similar organisations, exchange ideas and learn from each other in order to improve our offers in the field of adult education.
