Our central concern as a service provider for the labor market is to provide and secure a sufficient number of skilled employees. Two aspects are especially important to us within this task: dual vocational training must be attractive. And all potential apprentices, including those who would not be able to accomplish their apprenticeship without special support, must have the opportunity to be trained according to current standards and to be available to the labor market as competent skilled employees. Facilitating international experiences for apprentices targets both aspects. This is why we would like to strengthen the awareness for the advantages of international experiences, show the possibilities and support implementation with all relevant actors, especially companies and apprentices themselves.
The Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. is based on the conviction that education in the context of lifelong learning is an important prerequisite for people's professional and social participation and the success of our local companies. Education is therefore a decisive basis for the future viability of our society. As a non-profit educational organisation of the Association of Hessian Employers' Associations, the vocational training of young people and adults, men and women, people with and without disabilities or a migration background is the focus of our activities. We send participants who are either in our qualification courses or come to us through the in-house Mobility Advisory of the Hessian Economy project.
