We wanted to provide our students with the opportunity to grow and broaden their horizons. By participating in classes at another institution, they were able to enhance their intercultural competence, improve their self-organization skills, and learn about different educational methods, as well as artistic approaches and techniques. Moreover, we hoped that this exchange would strengthen their tolerance, independence, communication and critical-thinking skills, self-confidence, frustration tolerance, and, last but not least, adaptability. This will make it easier for them to manage the often frequent changes in clients and colleagues in their future careers. We are convinced that aspiring stage performers should begin building their global networks early, and we were pleased to support the artists of tomorrow in achieving this social and professional mobility with the help of the Erasmus+ Program.
As the largest and oldest private school for Performing Arts, we offer our students the best possible preparation for a career on stage through a three-year professional training program. Our curriculum places equal emphasis on dance, acting, and singing. Our three- to five-year plans include implementing a fourth vocational year and introducing a Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, as well as the opportunity to specialize during the course of study. Through participation in the Erasmus+ Program, we aimed to enrich our students' training, giving them a chance to refine their skills from a different perspective. In an exchange, our students should gain insight into the working methods of the host country, which will be beneficial for their future careers. They must step out of their comfort zones and expand their key social skills. Through these challenges, they will grow and return to the Stage School with strengthened personalities.
