Objectives

We wanted to develop a methodology and educational material for teaching the reverse engineering methodology to VET learners. We wanted to test the methodology and educational material in classes of VET school. We wanted to increase and develop the ability of organizations to manage international project and cooperate with foreign partners in the VET field. We wanted to increase the employability of VET learners.

Background

BBS DÜW seeked to support the students to enter the labour market, increase their employability and introduce the social entrepreneurship. It was very important for the school to get able to provide to students education in terms of incremental concrete experience; observation and reflection highlighting a suitable way to reduce the gap between theory and practice through “Disassemble/Analyse/Assemble (D/A/A) exercises. MOVEU aimed for launching its' engagement in KA2 partnerships to transfer the knowledge and experience from the implementation of KA1 VET trainings to KA2 partnerships in order to produce powerfull educational material/results. E-Nable Greece aimed to increase its capacity in organizing & implementing projects with higher impact and sustainability. New cooperation with other organizations should be established to expand its network and reach more beneficiaries. Last but not least, it was important to e-Nable Greece to upgrade its educational program and workshops, in order to multiply the impact for the beneficiaries. All organizations benefited by the interaction and exchange of experiences and techniques among them.
