Through the professional development of our employees, we can further improve the curriculum of the institution and thus the substantive work with children The children well-being and developing their social skills are important so they can be active in everyday activities and have positive self-image. In addition it creates pleasant atmosphere, where teachers want to give their best every day and they are able to carry out more interesting activities. Outdoor education and environmental education are part of project-based working method and it supports the growth of environmentally conscious citizens. We are even more professional and innovative in our daily work and motivated to contribute to the development of the institution.
We have had very positive experiences with Erasmus+ mobility projects and our institution and all the staff have benefit from it. So the decision to write the application came very easy. There is always a topic or theme that needs more attention and other countries experiences give new ideas and thoughts for the solutions. Inviting experts was a new experience for us but because we were sure of our partners competences, than we got many good seminars of the sustainable development programs, project-based teaching and how to use them in everyday work.
