This project was developed with the main goal to support the youth leaders, who would like to step out of comfort zone by taking more responsible roles in Erasmus+ world. The objective, which we were trying to meet were to dive into the understanding of facilitation, to improve professional and personal competences, to provide a space for practice and understanding quality aspect of projects under the KA1 of the Erasmus+ programme, as well as creating follow-up projects and building new partnerships. The idea of this training course was based solely on the real needs delivered to us by these youngsters, beginners-youth workers, who lacked practical guidance on being inspiring and confident facilitators, as well as knowledge and tools to organise a successful project that impacts and touches the lives of young people on a deep level. Some of the specific objectives of the project were: - To develop essential facilitation skills; - To provide space for practicing and sharing experiences in facilitation in a safe and constructive environment; - To find the ways to overcome obstacles that many youth workers face in the beginning of their career, such as lack of confidence, lack of experience and fear of public speaking, etc. - To acquire competences in the field of project management and tackle all stages of project management from idea development to successful implementation; - To boost creativity of youth workers and help them to think outside of the box while working with young people by using various visual materials to support learning process of their target groups.
