The Larissa Chamber of Commerce in partnership with project partners and other stakeholders aims to address the issue of the skills mismatch. There is a need to equip young people with skills that are necessary in the 21st century at an inclusive and diverse world, such as IT, hard and soft skills including communication, teamwork, flexibility and adaptability. INVENT aims to develop an overarching partnership for promoting youth employability building skills and matching skills and jobs.
