Objectives

The main objective of the project was to raise awareness and educate adults on the importance of responsible and sustainable consumption, both locally and in terms of respect for the environment. To raise adults' awareness of the need to consume local and sustainable products, encouraging a responsible attitude in the consumption of products and services. 2. To train consumers to be critical and conscious when making purchasing decisions. 3. Promote the use of environmentally friendly products to prevent wasteful purchasing. 4. To promote ethical values such as austerity, responsibility and respect for the rights of producers and the environment. 5. To teach consumers to choose products not only on the basis of price or quality, but also on the basis of their environmental friendliness. 6. To change the mentality of consumers towards more demanding standards that contribute to the green economy and the preservation of natural cycles. 7. Promote healthy lifestyles and the purchase of quality products that respect the environment. It was hoped that, through small everyday changes, adults can contribute to a significant change in consumer habits and not be influenced by norms imposed by society, such as advertising or fashions.

Background

The project was requested to address the need to raise awareness among the adult population about the importance of responsible and sustainable consumption of products and services. This project focuses on educating adults to adopt more conscious and critical consumption habits, promoting the purchase of local and ecological products, and encouraging environmentally friendly practices. The specific needs addressed by the project include raising local awareness among adults about the need to consume local and proximity products and other ways of responsible and sustainable consumption. It also aims to train adult consumers and users to be aware and self-critical when buying a product or contracting a service. In addition, it encourages the use of ecological products to prevent the waste of natural resources, as mass production damages the environment.
