We wanted to build up and strengthen networks among rural youth workers and learn new and innovative methods to involve young people into rural development actions. We wanted to build up a network between municipal and NGO youth workers and Leader groups. Also develop the network between the Leader youth workers and build a peer support team. We wanted to learn about different ways of working with young people in rural areas, involving them in local development actions and the funds available for these kind of actions.
