We wanted to strengthen international mobility and training and increasing competence. We wanted to learn to look at things from a new perspective and gain new insights because our social systems are very different in our countries. In addition, our goal was to do advocacy work to increase awareness of youth homelessness, to prevent and reduce homelessness. Ultimately, the project benefits homeless young people, whose participation we want to increase, and with the help of this project we are looking for more ways. On the study tour, you get to see the work of a foreign organization from the inside, and by following the work, you learn new methods and habits. New habits that are found to be good are brought into one's own organization and these new learned habits remain in life as good work habits. With this project study visit and exchange we intended to share experiences and knowledge in the area of intervention for homeless population, namely young people, with the aim of improving the work developed by CRESCER in this area, by learning new and/or different intervention strategies. Both organisations wanted to promote a stronger inclusion regarding people eperiencing homelessness and this project was a way to that end.
