Our objectives by implementing this project were: To develop problem solving skills. To make original designs. To use group work effectively. To learn and understand how electronic circuit tools work To realize how robots are controlled . To develop technological knowledge and skills. To incorporates a range of skills, and to promote a learning environment for people with different talents. To increase the institutional and international capacity of our schools by collaborating with institutions abroad in the fields of robotics and coding and adapting good practice examples to the activities of our schools. To contribute to the career planning and international employment of our students as individuals who can produce solutions to problems by developing them in the fields of robotics and coding. To improve intercultural interaction and learn about different countries and cultures. To help students to improve their language skills.
This project was applied to enhance production-based learning skills of students by combining creativity with engineering and technology. Football -RC aimed to include students in programming and robotics, and practicing concepts in different programming environments .The project was applied to develop students’ problem solving skills, make original designs and realize how robots are controlled. It aimed to develop students’ scientific thinking skills, digital education skills and STEM activities related to robotics. The students needed opportunities to collaborate and develop shared solutions in an international environment. It was also necessary to cooperate by utilizing strengths like Finland’s experience in coding training, the Netherlands’ advanced body design facilities, and Turkey’s innovations in automation. It was essential to visit classrooms, explore different education systems, and share best practices and experiences through cooperation, integrating these insights into school activities. All partners required a boost in their cultural knowledge and awareness as well as a focus on promoting EU values among themselves. Furthermore, increasing students’ language competencies was also necessary in this project.
