The goal is to resist the challenges that are encountered on a daily basis, namely: how to successfully lead a team and avoid conflict situations and develop critical thinking; how to successfully communicate in a foreign language and get rid of the fear of public speaking and convey the correct message to the end user; how to successfully offer career counselling services to people who are at key milestones in their educational or career path. Another goal is to encourage networking, cooperation and the exchange of good practices among members through the education of members, encouraging the development and implementation of relevant programs for lifelong learning and adult education, and the organisation of scientific and professional meetings on topics of lifelong learning and adult education. Through the training of educators in adult education, the Association long-term wants to develop its activity in a more modern, dynamic, dedicated and professional way, ready to integrate good practices and new methods into daily activities, striving to harmonise the professional development of adult education providers in accordance with individual needs and goals of the organisation.
CCE is a national public body that offers a whole range of services to businesses to contribute to employability and social mobility. It has an established collaborative network with its members and companies through 20 region chambers. CCE is an institution with a 170-year long tradition that represents, promotes and protects the economic interests of its members. CCE is also very active in the field of human resources development, as well as adult education. In the Chamber we have Association for the Development of Human Resources and Adult Education, which counts 35 institutions. Our members are experts with significant experience in the field of adult education. Many of them are also owners of adult education institutions and are very informed and involved in state policies and laws concerning adult education in Croatia and its importance for the labour market in Croatia. The Association for the Development of Human Resources and Adult Education plays a key role in this process and in accordance with it, they themselves must take care of their professional development. For this reason, with this project we wanted to provide an learning opportunity and support members internationalisation and institution development.
