With this project, we aimed to improve access to new technologies, enhance the capacity of employees to develop new educational programs for adults, empower employees in the use of digital tools, and lay the foundation for the development of new projects and collaborations. We wanted our staff to improve their digital skills and expand their understanding of the importance of cooperation with adult education institutions at the European level, as well as the exchange of knowledge among them. Our goal is to move closer to the international dimension and establish new partnerships with other similar organizations. Through mobility activities, we aimed to increase employee motivation and satisfaction and strengthen awareness of the importance of EU projects and the values they bring. With this project, we sought to provide POU Samobor employees with quality training through participation in structured courses. The activities carried out enabled us to acquire competencies for further advancement of the overall educational process in our institution.
POU Samobor follows the needs and challenges of the local community and actively responds to the demand for lifelong learning through its work and programs. As an educational institution with a long-standing tradition, our goal is to continuously improve our educational offerings and provide programs that align with contemporary European trends. We recognize the importance of digital competencies in the 21st century, both for the personal and professional development of employees and for the quality of service we provide to our participants. This project has been designed with the aim of strengthening the digital skills of the staff at the POU Samobor to enhance their pedagogical practices and enable innovations in adult education. POU Samobor wants to become a center of excellence in the field of adult education, emphasizing equal access to education for all social groups and strengthening international cooperation through projects such as Erasmus+.
