The preschool teachers will improve their professional competence, and implement new educational methods and forms of non-formal learning. New way of work will have a positive effect on children and parents. This way we will support the achievement of three project goals. Implementig the project will help us to increase a number of work out activities, outdoor learning, educational trips to nature for outdoor learning, Eco activities. Multigenerational cooperation with members of the family and other associates will be developed. The cooperation will be organized in field of work which is in accordance with our project goals. We will create digital picture books and will use digital application in practical work with kids and parents, mark the Erasmus day, and organize European cuisine days, Using new learning methods we will improve English teaching and build the European kindergarten dimension. This project will help us to improve whole educational work and accomplish our project goals.
The long-term improvement goals planned in the Kindergarten Curriculum and the European Development Plan assume continuous professional training of educators and improvement of educational practice. We want to upgrade and expand the work improvements started from previous Erasmus projects by including new areas of work. In order to introduce these improvements, it is necessary to increase the professional competence, learn new methods of educational work and new informal learning methods in active lifestyle, outdoor learning, use of art-therapy, mindfulness, yoga, fitness, exercise, rhythm, music, dance, eco-activity, inclusive activities and resilience of children and adults. We want to promote science, STEM, digital tools, introduce programming and robotics, create a material and socially stimulating environment and increase the quality of English language teaching. Implementation of the Be Healthy project would be helpful for the realization of these improvements and for the European dimension of kindergartens. The planned improvements would enable a holistic approach to child development and ensure the conditions for achieving well-being and health.
