Background

We applied for the "Learning together" project to address the need for enhanced support for adult learners, particularly those interested in entrepreneurial and innovative activities. The project aimed to fill gaps in the provision of lifelong learning opportunities focused on entrepreneurship, social innovation, and crowdfunding. Firstly, we wanted to increase the skills of partner organisations’ staff - Brodoto in providing support in social entrepreneurship, and SBHS in providing support in crowdfunding - both in our existing programmes. The target groups included adults from rural areas, those with fewer opportunities, and individuals seeking to develop skills in social or green impact projects. We identified a lack of tailored support for these groups and aimed to provide specific training and capacity building to help them succeed in their ventures.
