With this project our aim was to acquire and share new knowledge renewing our pedagogical approach and methods by elevating experimental learning to an international level. In each of our locations there should be colleagues who are able to share their acquired knowledge and whose personnel attitude has a point of view forming effect on the other teachers. Strengthening our disadvantage compensation ability by the international extension of our professional cooperation can support our colleagues working in the locations threatened most by the dropout. Their professional competences should be enhanced thus the number of students leaving school without any qualification can decrease. In our provincial locations there should be at least one teacher being able to communicate at B2 level of the foreign language, work in and coordinate international professional teams. Our teachers were active participants in creating our innovative concept so there is receptivity at the structural level.
Our school which is the biggest public educational institution in Jászság unites 8 elementary member schools found in 7 settlements. The number of our students is over 1000. Our school has taken significant steps in the last decade in order to introduce the pedagogical innovation concerning the institution network. The changing world expects contemporary people to have continuously renewed knowledge. That’s why having the ability to study, to study how to study and to support continuous learning became the most important key competence of our school. Improving this competence and struggling against dropout is a constant challenge to our school. We will be able to cope with the challenges if our teachers are innovative, motivated and are provided with an insight into pedagogical brands and methods being successful in EU. Our teachers need new impulses to revive and preserve our results. It is ensured by professional visits and courses implemented in the international environment.
